Indeed, that help file is missing "closure", ...
amazingly, for all the history of R (of 25+ years).

I've already fixed this in the sources' trunk (svn rev 80321) a
minute ago; of course this will not make it anymore into R 4.1.0
but in its "patched" version, and then 4.1.1 and one.
