R devel - Oct 2012 - setTimeLimit(): Is it possible to get the current time limits?

I'd like to set a temporary time limit with setTimeLimit() and then
undo these set time limits, i.e. return back to whatever the time
limits were before.  Is it possible to get the current time limits
(e.g. getTimeLimit())?
