[Rd] e1071:svm - default epsilon = 0.1 (NOT 0.5) (PR#5671)
Hi, I am working on a project and I need some help. I would like to use either e1071 or penalized for these genes. I am not very good with coding. Is there an easy way for this project that I am doing in Bioinformatics. Your help is really appreciated.
