Another small fix is needed. I should have tested more thoroughly. Replace: xi <- x[[i]][, -4] with: xi <- x[[i]][, -4, drop = FALSE] in order to keep nrow() functioning properly in yvals <- nrow(xi):1 when xi has only one row as in the helpfile example with plot(TukeyHSD(fm1, "wool")) Peter Ehlers U of Calgary
