R devel - Oct 2005 - Links to stylesheet are broken

I did a standard install of R 2.2.0 on Linux. When I run 
help.start(), I get an intro page that has a broken link to a 
stylesheet. The same for the pages "Packages", "Search Engine
&
Keywords", "About R", and "Resources". The other help
pages do
have a correct link to the stylesheet.

Confirmed.  help-links.sh is not linking R.css, and is expected to.

The help pages link to the stylesheet in their library tree, not the one 
in doc/html.
