R devel - Jan 2004 - Doc bug in ?legend on using bg if bty = "o" / "n" (PR#6294)

In ?legend (R-1.8.1 and R-devel), Section "Arguments", there is a 
documentation bug:

"bg  the background color for the legend box. (Note that this is only
used if bty = "n".)"

Instead, it is used if bty = "o", but *not* if bty = "n".
