We have improved security measures on CRAN which now includes
accepting no email from outside our domain (a couple of other ports
will be closed, too).
The new email adress to reach the CRAN maintainers (i.e., Kurt and me)
is
cran@r-project.org
Please use this adress for notification when you upload packages to
CRAN.
