I have a version of R-devel with the gnome device compiled for
Mac OS X. The compiling/linking goes without glitches. My
gnome system works fine for other purposes (for instance
for building gimp and guppi), but "R --gui=gnome" says
Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by C library
Gdk-ERROR **: BadLength (poly request too large or internal Xlib length
erro
serial 97 error_code 16 request_code 72 minor_code 0
I dont care about the warning, but maybe someone recognizes
the error.
