A few monor typos in help pages that I noticed.

Examples:

     # First control, then treatment:

                      ^^^^
I assume "Cntrl" is meant.

Details:

     The behaviour differs by the value of `duplicates.ok'. Consider
     ...
     behaviour for partial matching of character indices, for example
                            # looks like something is missing here  ^^^ 

# perhaps:                                     
 
    ... indices, for example.      #[i.e. the use for partial matching of
                            ^      # character indices is the example]
                            
# or:  

   ... indices, for example,  # and the actual example goes here but is 
left out

I've used `Control' as it seemed confusing to abbreviate it at all.
