Not a problem with the tseries package, I think, but with Red Hat 6.2,
which has some serious problems dynamically loading Fortran.
Peter Dalgaard has reported that upgrading the C/fortran compilers to
gcc 2.95.1 or later cures the problem.
I'll see if I can find an RPM of gcc-2.95.1 for RH 6.2 and put it in
the RedHat directory of CRAN.
