Under R0.99a with Intel RH5.2, the following appears to go into an infinite loop: pgamma(Inf,1,Inf) This can happen with values fed by nlm. Both pgamma(Inf,1,1) and pgamma(1,1,Inf) work properly as does pweibull(Inf,1,Inf).
