Um. Is that a Windows version (although the small x in the square closes
the window on Windows)? If so 0.65.0 (there is no 65.0) was never released
except as a test version, and that never from the official repository. This
is a known bug in the GUI in that and 0.64.2 on Windows.
Please upgrade at least to 0.65.1 and preferably to 0.90.0.
