in lmList ,lmList.formula and lmList.groupedData functions in help pages there is an argument called "groups" that doesn't exist in the code of the functions. <<insert bug report here>> --please do not edit the information below-- Version: platform = i686-unknown-linux arch = i686 os = linux system = i686, linux status = Patched (unreleased snapshot) status.rev = 0 major = 0 minor = 64.1 year = 1999 month = May day = 10 language = R Search Path: .GlobalEnv, package:lme, Autoloads, package:base -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- r-devel mailing list -- Read http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~hornik/R/R-FAQ.html Send "info", "help", or "[un]subscribe" (in the "body", not the subject !) sorry for the bug report, but we had an older version of this library. I don't see this with the most recent version (3.0b7-1) of the lme library. In that version the lmList help page starts with List of lm Objects with a Common Model lmList(object, data, level, na.action, pool) I did cause some confusion by not uploading the tar file for lme_3.0b7-2.tar.gz with the correct name. The result was that there were two packages, lme and lme3, listed on the web pages for a while. To get the most recent version go directly to the src/contrib directory and download lme_3.0b7-2.tar.gz (Fritz or Andreas: Could you take a look at the PACKAGES.html file in the src/contrib library? I think it will need to be modified by hand. Sorry for this confusion.) -.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.- r-devel mailing list -- Read http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/~hornik/R/R-FAQ.html Send "info", "help", or "[un]subscribe" (in the "body", not the subject !)
