R devel - Apr 1999 - polygon() help file (PR#181)

A minor point, but the polygon() help file needs a small amount of
attention (0.63.2).  First, there appears to be no \usage{} line.  Second,
the default is not to leave the border undrawn, as documented, but to draw
the border in par("fg").
