I put the Windows build of R 1.5.1 online yesterday, but due to an error in one of my scripts, it included obsolete versions of VR and survival. I'm in the process of uploading a corrected version. It will show up on CRAN sometime later today or tomorrow, and on the mirrors soon after that. If you've already downloaded the Windows release (or you do so before the new version shows up), you can get the latest versions of those packages using the "Packages|Update packages from CRAN" menu selection in Rgui.
