Installed latest from puppetlabs repro on an EC2 instance.
Started working through steps

What step(s) did I miss?

I'm wondering if this is the problem:
# ruby --version
ruby 2.0.0p594 (2014-10-27 revision 48167) [x86_64-linux]
This is the version that AWS installed by default.
