Puppet users - Oct 2013 - Unable to connect to PuppetLabs repository

Tried running the below command:- 
*
sudo rpm -ivh 
http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/6/products/i386/puppetlabs-release-6-7.noarch.rpm
*

And got this:-
Retrieving 
http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/6/products/i386/puppetlabs-release-6-7.noarch.rpm
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 2600:3c00::f03c:91ff:fe69:6bf0: Network is 
unreachable
error: skipping 
http://yum.puppetlabs.com/el/6/products/i386/puppetlabs-release-6-7.noarch.rpm 
- transfer failed

Is PuppetLabs repository blocked by firewall?
Can somebody help me with this?
