Puppet users - Oct 2013 - /opt/puppet/var/lib/pgsql/9.2/console/PG_9.2_201204301 is full

Hi My agents are failing they are complaining about  server is not able to 
create files in /tmp .
I  have one  / partition and its filled up when i checked the du -hs * 
output  my /opt is occupying 45 GB of space.


Please help
