Puppet users - Aug 2013 - Puppet3's Facter on ipv6 only system gets ipaddress catastrophically wrong

Of all the possible things I''d be OK with being in that facter fact,
the *entire ifconfig output* is not on the list.

Is this a known bug?  If not, is more information needed?
