Puppet users - Jul 2013 - About Facter via YAML and mcollective

I''m looking at
http://projects.puppetlabs.com/projects/mcollective-plugins/wiki/FactsFacterYAML

If my understanding is right, just using this class can be dangerous because if
puppet is run with a --tags that dooesn''t match it, it will not be run.
But some fact can be changer any way (fqdn, ssh tokens, …)

How guys do you ensure it will always be updated ?
