Are you able to get on one of your agents and perform a Puppet run with `puppet agent -t`? Does the Puppet run complete successfully or throw an error? If it completes successfully, does the dashboard status update? I should note also that the Console determines the time a node last submitted a report based on the agent''s timestamp. If your agents'' time is out of sync from the master, it is common to see this. I have reboot Agent master machine and now not able to lauch puppet dashboard. Canany one help? Hi Mamta, Are you using the learning puppet VM (I assume so because of the domain name)? That comes with Puppet Enterprise installed, which uses different paths and service names. In PE, the master and console run under the pe-httpd service, and the agent runs under pe-puppet. Are you able to run the following commands? If not, please copy/paste the error text. /sbin/service pe-httpd start /sbin/service pe-puppet start If you are not using the learning puppet VM, and are not using Puppet Enterprise, the above instructions will not apply, and we will need more information about how you installed dashboard to troubleshoot further. Mamta, I am no expert, but I think you need to acquaint yourself with the logfiles for the different elements of the system .. that way, when something is not working you can get a helpful feedback from the logs. I struggled for a while with puppet, until I learnt where all the logs would go for various things .. Perhaps, James can point you to the logfiles locations for puppet enterprise .. so, you can use them effectively in your learning .. Hello That looks like a 500 error from Apache, which is a Internal server error. You need to have a look at the apache logs on the vm to see what the problem is. Hi Mark, Thanks for reply! Now internal server error issue has been resolved but still showing all nodes as unresponsive under puppet dashboard. All the task are showing pending.
