Puppet users - Jan 2011 - node default in puppet 2.6?

When I was using an earlier version of puppet, in my site.pp I used to
include a file called "nodes.pp" which only contained one entry, and
that
was

node default {

                base options go here..
}


Does that still work in 2.6?
