Puppet users - Jan 2011 - Experiment: Data/Model separation design proposal

This is very much an experiment, not the publishing of this design,
but the way we''re seeking feedback.

I''m going to experiment with creating a Google Doc, and allowing
*anyone in the world* to edit it without signing into Google Apps.

Lets see whether we get more or different feedback publishing this way.

I have kept another copy of it, because I''m not actually insane.
