[Puppet Users] Easy way to determine if theres duplicate Documentation Tickets in Redmine?
Currently it is incredibly difficult to determine if a duplicate ticket already exists. If the url of the broken page was an option in redmine then it would be easy to search for all tickets relating to a certain page and determine if a bug has already been reported for specific pages. There is a ''support url'' filter that already exists but it is not accessible from the New Issue tab. http://projects.reductivelabs.com/projects/puppet-docs/issues Comments? suggestions? Am I missing another easy way to find doc tickets based off url? Let me know if that works - if not we can look at another field perhaps. Cheers James Turnbull -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Puppet Users" group. In fact most of the current tickets have titles/descriptions that barely reference the correct page. If possible, I think it would be useful if a URL field was available. Keywords are a bit general and most people don''t initially think to put the URL there.
