RHEL-based that would be your best bet.
I deploy a lot on CentOS, so that''s not an option - I''ve had
some joy
with jpackage.org , they have good howtos on rolling your own RPMs
from the Sun/IBM binary downloads
(though they do seem to lag behind the RHEL offerings).
