Puppet users - Oct 2009 - init scripts for SLES 10 and RHEL 4

Hey folks,
I''m looking for init scripts for SLES 10 and RHEL 4. Unfortunately the
init scripts that are currently provided with puppet don''t seem to work
with either of the releases. Has anyone written any custom scripts for these
distributions?

Can you be more specific about what does not work?  I''ve tested the
init scripts on CentOS 4 since 0.25.0 and not noticed any large
failures.

Granted, the init scripts could use a bit of love to make them LSB
compliant and other minor cleanups, but they should certainly provide
basic function.
