The beginners session will last three days and cover: * The Resource Abstraction Layer – Provisioning and Discovery * Using the Puppetca * Ralsh and resources definitions * The Puppet files server * Puppet client and server communication * Bootstrapping Puppet * Designing your Puppet architecture * Getting the most from Puppet''s language * Using Puppet with a source code manager (SCM) * An introduction to Puppet Modules * Getting Feedback From Puppet The last two days will cover advanced topics such as: * LDAP integration * Nagios integration * Implementing Puppetmasterd with Mongrel * Scaling your Puppet infrastructure * External Nodes. * Introduction to Puppetshow *Cost:* Participants will be able to sign up for just the first three days, the last two days, or the entire week with a 10% discount for those who choose to attend the whole week.
