Puppet users - Sep 2008 - LDAP schema to use with puppet? (slightly OT)

The LDAP documentation and examples on the web just awful.  I see many
schema ideas to manage users, but can''t find any for managing devices
(node in puppet terms).  Does anyone have recommendations on an LDAP
schema to manage nodes that also works with Puppet?  Things like
storing uuid.  I''m aware of the wiki LDAP documentations and wondering
if anyone could share their LDAP schema.
