Hi fellow Puppeteers,
First of all I must state that I think this is a wonderful product. I
hate myself for not trying it out sooner. Mostly due to the word ruby.
(My eyes do not strain when I look at python :)
So, Great work.
I''ve downloaded puppet version 0.24.4, and tried the normal
configuration through classes and files. So I immediately started
diving into modules.
I have only defined the default node:
node default {
include ssh
}
But my testhost gets Classed in all modules (ssh, ntp, resolvconf, and
sudo). So, the modules all work, but there''s no way in stopping those
enthusiastic puppetmaster from forgetting my host is from a certain
class:
info: Autoloaded module ntp
notice: Scope(Class[ntp]): parsing init.pp in the ntp module
I can''t seem to find this in the documents.
Kai
