Pkg xen devel - Jun 2017 - Bug#863917: Missing docs/misc/xl-disk-configuration.txt

Package: xen-utils-common
Version: 4.4.1-9+deb8u9

SSIA.  The man page for xl.cfg and /etc/xen/xlexample.hvm both mention
the file "docs/misc/xl-disk-configuration.txt", so where is this file?
The package search page doesn't reveal files named similar to this in
Debian.

Certainly I suspect I will be able to find this out there on the
Internet, but documentation *is* supposed to be in /usr/share/doc...
