Pkg xen devel - Sep 2014 - Bug#760270: xen: Update xendomains init and default files to rispective upstream version

Xendomains init and default files are taken from debian folder instead source
and are not updated for some years.
Please update them from upstream source.
I did a fast update and test of them available here:

If you look at the diff you will see that by just copying in the
upstream one you have overwritten some important Debian customisations
(the "xen" toolstack wrapper being the first one I came across) and
introduces some unnecessary ugliness (the LOCKFILE detection is
pointless in the context of Debian, as is the use of the SuSE rc script
helpers) which have been deliberately patched out.

I don't know why the Debian script was originally forked rather than
patched via debian/patches but now that it is updating it needs to be
done in a way which preserves the changes which matter.
