Pkg xen devel - Feb 2007 - kernel image: difference between xen and xen-vserver

Hi,
What is the difference between those two kernels?
Their description is the same and I dont know which one to take...

I would hazard guess that the latter includes the vserver patches, 
see http://linux-vserver.org (top hit on google:vserver)

I'd be interested to hear about how people are using this.
