KDE4.0 which is a very big change is expected in october - and after that
there will be a 4.1 and some more 4.x series. As 4.0 probably will be a
bit ''rough'' it is not what we would prefer to put in the final
lenny, but
probably more like 4.1 or something like that. It is unfortunately in a so
unclear future that we don''t fully have a release schedule for this.
(upstream at least hasn''t)
The qt-kde team would prefer kde4.1, but might want to settle with
4.0.something

From the tools within Outlook you must rename the icon in order to unlink into
the 3-inch menu.
