[Pkg-kde-talk] Please kill arts 1.4.2-1 build on tanda and put it on Dep-Wait
Hello,
Please kill (or at least not upload) the current arts 1.4.2-1 build on
tanda, and manually put it on Dep-Wait libqt3-mt-dev (>= 3:3.3.4-4).
We were expecting for the recent AutoDepWait support to done it
automatically, but we''ve just realized that the build-dependency in
the source package was lacking the epoch, so 3:3.3.4-3 currently in
the archive was enough to satisfy >= 3.3.4-4. Sorry for the
inconvencience, we will be uploading a fixed arts soon,
Also, qt-x11-free 3:3.3.4-7 has failed with an ICE on a4000t. Oddly
enough, the failed file compiles fine on crest with the same
toolchain, so we''d welcome any suggestions as to how to proceed in
order to have a transitioned Qt in m68k as soon as possible.
Thanks in advance,

The problem I have with making an intelligent statement is that some
people then think that it''s not an isolated occurrance.

Maybe this should be announced via DWN ot d-d-announce? arts failed with a different ICE, -O0 might help here, but I haven''t tried. Christian
