[Pkg-kde-talk] Presentation and arts compiling issues
Hi.
I have just subscribed to this list and I''d like to introduce myself.
I''m
Juanma, a spanish Debian GNU/Linux Developer.
I maintain a pair of packages (facturalux and ksociograma) depending on Qt and
KDE, so I decided to make a Qt and KDE install from scratch, building the
packages with the SVN version of the debian/ dir.
While compiling arts, I realized it needed a very silly change to get a
successful build, thus I have just subscribed and why I am posting this
message.
In order to build arts, I had to change "debian/man/" and make it
"debian/man/out/" in debian/libarts1*.manpages
As I pretend to build the whole KDE within the next few days, I wonder if you
would find usefull a basic report on the hackings (if neccessary) to get a
package built.
And last but not least, let me thank you for your efforts on packaging Qt and
KDE for Debian.
Yours,
Juanma.

I will keep on building packages within a few days. I will post whichever helpful patch or issue I can find. Again, thanks for your great work on KDE packaging.
