Pkg exim4 users - Oct 2009 - Howto for exim with virtual domains and virtual users?

Hi there,

I''m following this guide to configure my Lenny server with virtual
domains and virtual users and MySQL:

I''ve made the courier server work with MySQL, but am mystified by the
configuration of the exim4-daemon-heavy server. The Debian-way of
configuring exim leaves me clueless and I cannot find any guide that
takes this system into account. (I''ve googled)

Could someone point me to a good HOWTO or tell me how to do this?
