Pkg exim4 users - Oct 2008 - antispam and antivirus

Hi,

I''m installing a pc with debin 4.0 and exim4, I want to add antispam
and
antivirus protection, which packages are actually doing the best with it?

In my last installation I used sa-exim and clamav-daemon packages... but 
time passed and I want know if they still are the good ones...

For anti-spam, you can use sa-exim, but you can also use exim''s
built-in
interface to SpamAssassin. You''ll need the -daemon-heavy version of
exim, and configure an ACL as described in chapter 41 of the exim manual
(http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/ch41.html). I
believe there are also information about that integration in exim''s
wiki.
