Pkg exim4 users - Oct 2008 - Not Explicitly Allowed?

What does "The message''s content type was not explicitly
allowed" mean?
Was the posting just return so I will never get an answer to my question?

This does not look like a message generated by exim. Therefore I have
no idea what actually happened with the mesage, the remote
administrator should know.

The Pkg-exam4 list is set up to reject messages with some content.
Perhaps you message contained HTML?
