Pkg exim4 users - Jun 2007 - domainlist_cache don''t work..

I not found any answer to this problem :
Why domainlist_cache don''t work on my etch / exim4-heavy ?
My request semms to be right :
MYSQL_RELAY_DOMAINS = SELECT domain FROM domains WHERE type="relay"
domainlist_cache relay_domains = mysql;MYSQL_RELAY_DOMAINS

And every new mail imply a new access to the mysql database !

Any idea ?

Exim forks a new process for each incoming connection, ...
