Yes, it is, although until we have wrapped up our automatic
configuration stuff you will have to do some manual
configuration. Mostly this involves pointing ActiveLDAP at the FreeIPA
machine and doing correct Apache config for the UI.

If you do not install the appliance, but rather install the various
server suite components on bare metal, then you should be able to run
them on a non-KVM-capable host. However a Pentium 3 is going to be
fairly slow...
