opus - Apr 2017 - How to get a real-time digital stream output from Opus?

Hi,

We are trying to build a real-time audio transmission over antenna. I know
that opus can convert a audio file into opus format or achieve a real-time
broadcasting over internet. But my question is, can we use opus to encode
the real-time audio and get a digital stream output so that we can do the
modulation at the same time? Thank you very much!
