Opus "target bitrate" is ok bit I miss the "quality"
settings that
Vorbis has. I know that "-q 0" is OK for voice in Vorbis (or "-q
3" is
enough for music to my ears), but I have no idea of what bitrate to use
with Opus.
Is there any plan to support "qualitative" quality beside the current
"quantitative" bitrate?.
