opus - Sep 2012 - cmdline for best quality at 64kbps stereo?

Hi Opus Experts!

I downloaded the source code (libopus 1.0.1-RC2) from this site:
http://www.opus-codec.org/downloads/older.shtml.en
After compiling I get opus_demo.exe.


Can anyone please let me know what cmdline I should use to get the best audio
quality at 64 kbit/s stereo at 48 kHz?
Is there any switch so that I only run the audio codec part (CELT)?

Do not use any option with Opus unless you know you need it. The
defaults are specifically designed to provide the best quality in the
general case.
