opus - Mar 2009 - Stereo changes in exp_stereo

Hi,

I've been doing several stereo changes in the exp_stereo branch and I
think it's now ready to be merged. Could everyone who care about stereo
try the exp_stereo branch and report any problems before I merge it in
the master branch?
