openssh unix dev - Nov 2014 - Removal of tcp wrapper support

Based on the release notes I found for openssh 6.7p1 the support for ftp
wrappers was removed
How do I re-enable the enforcing of hosts.allow and hosts.deny with this version
of openssh?

TCP Wrapper support was dropped as of OpenSSH 6.7. However, the day 6.7
released I posted a patch for those who wish to resurrect the feature:

The patch changes configure.ac so don't forget to autoreconf -fiv after
applying it.
