openssh unix dev - Oct 2013 - [PATCH] added warning options to CDIAGFLAGS

In short
- added -Wextra, -Wold-style-definition and -Wformat=2
- fixed compiler warnings in roaming_common.c and ssh-agent.c

The changes in ssh-agent.c enable gcc format checking in some cases where it 
has been circumvented before.
