openssh unix dev - Sep 2004 - openssh problem on AIX 5.2-ML4

Using the following flags:

CFLAGS=-q64
OBJECT_MODE=64

The following installed successfully:
zlib.1.2.1
openssl-0.9.7d.

Trying to install openssh-3.9p1. The configure and make complete
successfully, but the make install is hanging on:

Generating public/private rsa1 key pair.

Any suggestions?
