I have "PermiTTY no" in my sshd_config. When I did ssh with pty (ssh
user at ip) it falls back to "pseudo terminal". As per sshd_config man
page, it is unclear whether this behavior is correct or not. Could you
please clarify this so that we can implement the same on windows.

What platform are you running on and what does your sshd_config look
like (please use "Add an attachment" to attach the config to this bug.

What do you mean by "falls back to pseudo terminal"?  Could you please
attach the debug output from the client (ssh -vvv, again please use
"Add an attachment" to attach it).

a png?  you seriously couldn't copy all of the text rather than posting
a png screenshot of a small fragment of it?  Besides that you didn't
answer any of the other questions.

Manually transcribing one of the lines you couldn't copy yourself:
> PTY allocation request failed on channel 0
your request for a pty was denied.

it looks like you have a shell reading and writing to stdin/stdout
without a pty.  Try running "tty".

This seems to be working as expected.  You probably won't be able to do
anything that needs a pty (eg a screen based editor).
