Openssl crypto library is now FIPS certified/complaint and the relevant
message can be seen at

and the FIPS userguide is available at
http://www.openssl.org/docs/fips/UserGuide-1.0.pdf. This is an
enhancement request to add FIPS switch to configure script that will
enable the FIPS mode for OpenSSH as per FIPS user guide.
