xen discuss - Jun 2009 - virt-manager - no option for new fully virtualized guest

Sorry for off topic, I just don''t know where to ask.

I''m trying to use virtual-manager GUI from http://virt-manager.org/
I downloaded/installed latest version with no issues(Version 0.7)
My system is SXCE b114 onv-3.4
The problem is when I run it the options to boot from ISO or PXE are disabled.
It says "CDROM/ISO installs not available for paravirt guests"

After some googling I realized that the application is supposed to ask if I want
to use paravirtualized or fully virtualized guest like here

But I don''t even get this option to choose for guest type,I see
screenshot-1.jpg(attached) right away after launching it...

Please help.

Does your system support HVM guest? Special CPU is required (for
example, Atom doesn''t support it). Also VT extension is disabled by
default on some BIOS, so you might need to enable it first.

Yep,sorry forgot to mention,yes my system fully supports hvm I have no problem
creating hvm guests by using regular conf.file ,i.e. "xm create..."
